ACCOUNT MANAGER

ABOUT THE JOB

We need an Account Manager. Whether you’re currently in sales and have a knack for breaking records, looking to start a career and are arrogant enough to think you can close deals, or are somewhere in between, this is the job for you. This role is the most important element of our growth and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.

We’re seeking:
- Previous success in sales, or enough spark and energy for us to think you’ll be successful here.
- Strong work ethic.

- A person who wants to not just meet, but obliterate, their goals.

Basic duties include:
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
- Providing leadership to a Marketing Consultant helping to manage your book of business.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure their repeated business.
- Upselling existing customers into our digital and new print products.
- Making sales presentations to prospects and closing deals.

COMPENSATION
If you come to work, stay awake all day, and check off all the basic boxes, you’ll earn a base salary of $26,000. A successful candidate is consistently opening accounts for the company, which means you’ll end up making about $40,000 a year. If you’re incredible, $60,000-$70,000 are realistic marks.
