Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for selling Elauwit's products and services to Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) properties/communities, managing contracts for accounts, as well as representing Elauwit Networks at meetings, social functions and in the community. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail oriented, works well both independently and as a team player, and enjoys working in a customer service environment. As an essential function of this position, the employee must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and be congenial with other employees and customers at all time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages contracts including renewals and new contracts. Reviews all associated documentation for accuracy. Reviews assigned territory to ensure all customers are contacted on a prescribed, periodic basis.

Assists the VP of Sales in the preparation of project status reports and maintains accurate sales/service records and customer activity records.

Provides exemplary customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Addresses complaints quickly, provides prompt follow up, and advises management of any situation outside position's scope of authority.

Achieves and exceeds assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Maintains professional, technical knowledge and competitive analysis by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and monitoring competitive services / products

Makes presentations to Property Owners, Managers and Developers, and attends meetings and social functions to maintain a high level of visibility for Elauwit.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. As needed, must be able to work some nights and weekends if a project or proposal is due.

Generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, customer referrals, and partner relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Good written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives

Provide personal leadership by example

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment

Ability to identify and communicate issues as well as provide recommendations for resolution

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication with a high degree of attention to detail

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and can interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of experience in the related experience


WORKING CONDITIONS:

Primarily in an office environment. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
