Elauwit adds Sun Spots in three new locations

Elauwit continues to expand its digital footprint along the Eastern seaboard. Over the past three weeks, the company has launched three Web sites dedicated to providing hyperlocal news content to three additional metropolitan regions: Staten Island, N.Y., the Southern New Jersey suburbs of Philadelphia, and Columbia, S.C. Called Sun Spots, these online communities are portals of information for residents who want to know everything that’s going on in their region. “People are turning to the Internet to discover news about their hometowns at continually increasing rates, and we are excited to be the provider of that content for more and more regions,” said Alan Bauer, Elauwit’s general manager, Media. “We plan to continue to add new communities in the near future.”
