Pointe West residents say Elauwit's Internet service beats previous provider
Education Realty Trust's Pointe West student housing apartments located in Cayce, S.C., service students at the University of South Carolina. Many of them depend or even rely on the trusty World Wide Web for cram sessions, grade-dependent projects, communication with professors, and - let's be real - catching the big Gamecock game on ESPN.com. But, for the longest time, the students couldn't connect well to the Internet with the bargain service Pointe West had been using. That is, until Elauwit stepped in.
During the Christmas holidays, Elauwit took over as the Internet service provider at the complex, and it wasn't long before the “Thank You's” and positive comments came pouring in.
"I am very pleased and so are the students," reported Mary Beth Henry, Pointe West's community manager. "I have had residents stop by the office to thank me for switching! That is awesome considering this was a pretty big complaint on [our resident] surveys.”
Some people -- students especially -- can be so easy to please so long as you give them what they expect. And, that's just what Elauwit does. But, impressing the property managers can be only slightly more difficult, seeing as they have many more expectations to deal with. It's not just a fast and dependable Internet connection. It's also strong pricing, communication and expertise that they have come to expect.
So, what did Pointe West have to say about that?
"The transition was extremely smooth. The Elauwit team has been extremely informative, helpful when needed and they have excellent communication before, during and after the transition," Henry said.
It's just one more of our many happy customers. And, the formula couldn't be simpler. Set reasonable expectations and meet or exceed those each and every time. It's the Elauwit way, and we can't wait to prove it over and over again.
