Join the Elauwit team...we're like family

Recently, Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Group, wrote a piece for LinkedIn Today about treating your company like family. In it he wrote,

Many a Chairman will say he looks at his company like a family and then acts in a way which makes you glad you're not related!

I have always pushed Virgin companies to walk the talk on that and ensure everybody feels part of the team.

Colleagues should take care of each other, have fun, celebrate success, learn by failure, look for reasons to praise not to criticise, communicate freely and respect each other.

That struck a cord with us here at Elauwit as we subscribe to the very same notions. To us, our colleagues are family. We are at their weddings, and sadly some funerals, too. We high five the new dads and support new moms when someone gives birth. We have a caring heart and a listening ear.

In short, Elauwit does walk the walk when it comes to being a team. From the top down, we're someone's brother, mother, sister, and friend. And, even though we work hard and are growing quickly because of it, we won't lose sight of where we came from and who's helping us get there.
