Elauwit awarded five Aspen Heights projects for 2014

Aspen Heights is at it again. In 2013, they built six new student housing properties in six states. And, in 2014, they're building five more. Elauwit is the current service provider at all of the 2013 properties and was recently awarded the business at the five new ones. "The fact that Aspen Heights has exclusively chosen Elauwit Networks for all of their new construction projects for two years in a row speaks volumes about Elauwit as a company. We have been able to prove that we are a service provider that they can trust will get the job done and keep their projects on track," said Taylor Jones, Elauwit Networks CTO.

"Ultimately, it comes down to the end user and how we are able to deliver quality customer service to them during the potentially trying times of opening a brand new complex," said EVP of Sales and Marketing, Bruce Sanders.

Aspen Heights' 2014 projects include purpose-built projects in San Marcos, TX; Charlotte, NC; Corpus Christi, TX; Fort Collins, CO; and Starkville, MS.

Aspen Heights San Marcos is a 240 unit student housing complex that will be home to as many as 748 residents. Aspen Heights Charlotte will feature 144 units and 480 bed rooms. The development at Aspen Heights Corpus Christi will have 109 units that will house as many as 153 residents. Aspen Heights Fort Collins has 220 units planned that will include 712 bedrooms. Finally, Aspen Heights Starkville, the largest of the new Aspen Heights projects, will be home to 945 residents across 273 units. All in all, we'll be managing 3,000 more residents for the developer after the properties open for the 2014 Fall/Winter semester.
