Property survey results beat company-wide averages with Elauwit

Each year, EdR deploys company-wide surveys to each resident at each of their properties. The results are often a jarring reality check for the entire staff. For one property specifically these surveys gave them a welcomed smile as a lot of hard work and effort has been made into updating and improving the quality of life for residents.

No other amenity could prove to be more important to student residents than internet and cable services, so we were thrilled to see the results of our efforts as well when the 2016 survey results were analyzed.

The Courtyards at Ann Arbor scored higher than EdR's rankings at similar properties, indicating that resident satisfaction with Internet and cable TV services at the Courtyards exceeds even that of other EdR properties.

It's a huge step for them and these results were noticed from the top down.

"Thank YOU and Taylor [Jones, Elauwit CTO] for all your efforts to help make the student experience better at the Courtyards!!  I know it has been a rough road but we are definitely making great progress," wrote Regional Manager Kris Schraeder.

"WOW!  You knocked it out of the park on this survey.  Congratulations!  This is by far the most positive survey ever.  Keep up the great work," said James Lee, Senior Director for Kensington Realty Advisors, the company that owns the property.
