As everyone in student housing knows, August is brutal. It's the equivalent of December for the retail industry. In the span of just a few weeks, during the season called "Turn", hundreds of thousands of college students will move into their new apartments. And, with close to 100k of those residents calling Elauwit their ISP, our network operations, customer service, and help desk teams will be put to the test in ensuring they eager residents are able to get access to their Elauwit internet. So, what better way to kick off Turn than to take everyone out to the ballgame to let off some steam before the craziness begins?

On Friday night Elauwit sponsored the Columbia Fireflies game where they took on the Asheville Tourists.

"The Elauwit company outing was a great success and gave us all a chance for our team to kick back and relax," said Taylor Jones, Elauwit CTO. We know we have the busiest 30-to-45 days ahead of us but felt it was important to have a team event to unwind and enjoy the success and accomplishments we made this summer."
