Elauwit All-Hands Meeting focuses on the Elauwit Experience

Elauwit hosted its quarterly All-Hands meeting in mid-January. All employees – near and far – traveled to the executive office in Charleston, SC, to hear from a few executives about company updates, goals, and plans for the future.

For the first All-Hands of the year, discussions centered around providing an exceptional experience for Elauwit’s customers, clients, prospects, and end-users.

Bruce Sanders, Chief Marketing Officer, presented the company’s new brand and reviewed recent experiences as reported by current residents and property staff, as a guide for what the company is striving to deliver.

The most memorable experience was a resident who was thrilled with his Internet services because it allowed him to live stream his aquarium at his apartment to his home computer while he was away for holiday break.

Bruce explained that those things most important to Elauwit’s residents should be what are most important to the Elauwit team.

Dan McDonough, Chairman and Founder, took the stage to share thoughts about storytelling and how telling Elauwit’s story the right way can help delivery a great experience.

And, finally Robert Grosz, Chief Revenue Officer, spoke about goals for the coming year, and Elauwit’s partnership with World Cinema.

Taylor Jones, Chief Technology Officer, presented two of Elauwit’s employees with the company’s Core Values award which recognizes those employees who go above and beyond to represent the company’s core values.

The Elauwit team is ready to take on 2017 with pride and confidence. Want to learn more about the Elauwit experience? Contact us! We’d love to show you first hand what it’s all about!
