Elauwit puts a pin in Montana, adding 41st state to its territory

Elauwit is now serving clients in 41 states, after adding Montana to the list.

The project, Arrow Lofts, is owned by Capstone Collegiate Communities and located in Bozeman, Montana close to the Montana State University campus.

According to a recent article by the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, there's been a steady rise in population of Bozeman, causing developers to take a look at the area.

One of the major drivers behind Bozeman’s population boom is the local university. MSU has added 4,100 students over the last decade, bringing its headcount to 16,440 as of the fall of 2016. And, as housing developers continue to respond to that demand, the city’s rental market has been at a near-zero vacancy rate for years. But, developers are beginning to build large numbers of student-tailored residences south of Kagy Boulevard, such as Arrow Lofts.

The off-campus housing will add 887 bedrooms and 268 units to the area. All will have Elauwit's state of the art Wi-Fi and video services.

So, if you're keeping track, that leaves Elauwit with nine states left to go to fill out the U.S. map. Those include:

  • Alaska
  • Delaware
  • Maine
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • Rhode Island
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Vermont

We're happy to serve you, Montana! Welcome to the Elauwit family.
