Channel Sales Executive

As a CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our organization by developing business opportunities and selling Elauwit’s products and services to through our valuable channel partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages both master agreement with channel partners and the process of adding specific properties to the master agreement. Reviews all associated documentation for accuracy. Responsible for assigned territory to ensure all customers are contacted and effectively influenced in a positive way on a prescribed, periodic basis.

Generates new leads working in conjunction with channel partners and their sales organization.

Evangelizes Elauwit to channel partner’s sales teams, participates on sales conference calls, and attends meetings and social functions to maintain a high level of visibility for Elauwit in the eyes of the channel partners and their customers.

Provides exemplary customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and if necessary the channel partner’s customers. Addresses complaints quickly, provides prompt follow up, and advises management of any situation outside position's scope of authority.

Assists the VP of Sales in the preparation of presentations and maintains accurate sales/service records and customer activity records through our CRM platform.

Achieves and exceeds assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Maintains professional, technical knowledge and competitive analysis by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and monitoring competitive services / products.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. As needed, must be able to work some nights and weekends if a project or proposal is due.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5-10 years of sales experience in comparable industries

 

EXPERIENCE

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and utilization of a CRM system is a must.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Good written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives

Provide personal leadership by example

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment

Must be driven to success of the company, the company’s stakeholders and themselves.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Will work from our sales office in Dallas, TX

Must be willing and able to travel up to 60% of the work week.
