Bio:

Melissa, oversees our corporate services and fulfillment teams, which includes procurement, travel, warehouse, dispatch, and regional field operations. The various teams work closely with our project management, customer operations, and technical support functional areas to ensure our service delivery to all our clients is seamless. She began her career with Elauwit in 2014 as a Construction Budget Analyst. Following two promotions in conjunction with our corporate expansion, her role evolved over the last 2 years tapping into her prior operations management experience.

Melissa earned her Economics degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following graduation, Melissa began an over twenty-year career focusing on financial and accounting roles as well as operational management. She has diverse background in various markets including higher education, insurance, automotive manufacturing, telecom and property management. To Elauwit, Melissa brings her strength in organizational leadership including staff development as well as a dedication to not just meet but exceed client expectations!

Melissa is a North Carolina native (Tar Heel at heart) and she still considers this her home ~ even though she left the state over twenty years ago. Despite her career success, she considers her greatest accomplishment being the mother of her fraternal twins and her “bonus” daughter. As a graduate of Leadership Columbia in 2008, she learned the importance to give back to her community through volunteer support. She is a devoted supporter of the Arts as active member of the Volunteer Guild for over ten years for the Columbia City Ballet.
