As former retail business customers ourselves, we know all to well this isn’t usually the case. That’s why coverage was front and center during our initial design conversations – coverage both in terms of location and time. In your building, when and where are no longer an issue. An ever-increasing amount of business takes place in the cloud. As I write I have seven applications open, five of which rely on a solid internet connection. How about you? For each of those web-based applications to work properly, you need sufficient download AND upload speeds. But what is sufficient? Glad you ask. We thought through the suite of applications most businesses now use and combined bandwidth needed, plus a cushion for future growth, to establish a core speed offering of 300 Mbps download AND 300 Mbps upload. It’s just as important for business today to get information out as it is in. With 300/300 you’ll be able to run your business, but if you need more, all you have to do is ask.

Ever wondered what MyDoom, Storm Worm, and SpyEye have in common? They’re not video games from the late 80’s if that was your first guess. They’re all malware that cost billions in damages. Our network design segments a commercial office building by tenant, layers in a stateful firewall to eliminate illegitimate internet traffic from reaching your space, and offers advanced malware protection. Think of our approach to security like Fort Knox, a fence around the perimeter, security guards in the lobby, and access card readers at each door.

Business today does not wait for anything, especially not an internet connection. So why should you? There is no reason why a new office tenant should wait upwards of a month for internet service, or days to resolve a service issue. We use enterprise-grade hardware, with enterprise-grade SLA’s, and when we light up a building, it is lit, period. New tenants have access on day one, network downtime is minimized, and when you have an issue you can rest easy knowing you’ll have the response time normally reserved for Fortune 500 companies.
