Not your average ISP

We use strategically placed access points to provide WiFi coverage throughout your building. This physical arm of the network design allows you to conduct business anywhere indoors, and some outdoor spots too, without losing coverage.

Access Point Locations:

  1. In suite for tenant direct network access

  2. Building common areas for general network access

  3. Outdoor common areas for general network access

  4. Elevators for general network access on your ride up (or down)

Who and what we cover is equally important. Just as we cover every ‘where’ in your building, we aim to cover every ‘one’ and ‘thing’ as well through our network architecture.

Independent Network Types:

  1. Tenant Networks – Independent network for each tenant

  2. Guest Network – Independent network for guest access

  3. Building-Wide Network – Roaming network for tenant access outside their office suite

  4. Building Management Network – Independent network for building management staff

  5. IoT and Vendor Network – Independent network providing access for all devices and amenities serving your building

Virtual coverage to us is synonymous with uptime, which should be 24/7 for businesses today. Knowing that issues always pop up, we rely on redundancy to deliver top notch uptime – two is one, one is none, as the old saying goes.

Redundancy of Key Hardware:

  1. Circuit – Bandwidth delivery to your building is too critical to rely on just one pathway, so we use two

  2. The Core – This component ties your building’s network together and facilitates communication with the open internet

  3. Power – Redundancy above doesn’t do much good if the power goes out, therefore we use a redundant power design

  4. Virtual Redundancy – With other endpoint components we provide redundancy virtually, by programming failover protocol into nearby electronics

  5. Network Operations Center – Our team monitors your network 24/7 to verify its health and identify potential issues – through hurricane, global pandemic, circuit outage – we are here to support the network that is critical to your venue and tenants

Speed

Speed delivery starts with the circuit and ends with the electronics. We work hard to rightsize bandwidth to your building upfront, but don’t worry, we can always add more.

  1. Circuit Size – We engineer the circuit size to match the forecast demand of your building. How big is your building? How many tenants do you expect? How many employees are expected? How many guests? Usage expectations by tenant? We can help work through all these to get to the right answer.

  2. Endpoint Electronics – We size our endpoint electronics based upon the bandwidth requirements established above. While we use enterprise-grade electronics regardless to deliver the coverage and security you deserve, we efficiently scale our networks based on forecast demand.

Convenience

We strive to make internet access easy! Starting day one and continuing each day thereafter, we seek out ways to ensure your experience is unparalleled. What do we mean by convenience?

  1. Access Day One – Our approach provides building-wide access out the gate. The circuit connection is established, fiber is run, and electronics are installed throughout. Therefore, as new tenants come in, an internet connection with their own independent network is waiting for them. No need to spend time searching for local internet providers, dissecting their over-complicated offers, and waiting for an installation appointment. Rather, new tenants can focus their time where it should be – their business.

  2. Worry Free Uptime – You shouldn’t have to worry whether your network connection will be up during an important video conference or at a deliverable deadline. We use enterprise-grade hardware and engineer strategic redundancy into each installed network to deliver the uptime your business should have – 99.9%.

  3. Fast Response – Regardless of our planning in advance, we know something will still happen that requires attention. It is for those instances that we put enterprise-grade SLA’s (service level agreements) in place. Through the combined efforts of our service center, network operations center, and field service technicians, we deliver on our SLA’s to keep your business focused and online.
